James B. Morgan serves as Independent Director of the Company. He has been a Director since 1984 and has served on the Audit Committee and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee since October 2016. Mr. Morgan was named the chairperson of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee on June 1, 2020. He served as the Company's President and Chief Executive Officer from 2001 through his retirement effective on September 1, 2013.
