Mr. Bortolussi has served as our Group President, Innerwear International since April 2019. He served as President and Managing Director, Hanes Australasia since the acquisition of Pacific Brands Limited (“Pacific Brands”), a consumer goods company, by the Company in 2016. Prior to that time, Mr. Bortolussi served as Chief Executive Officer of Pacific Brands from 2014 to 2016 and as Chief Financial and Operating Officer of Pacific Brands from 2009 to 2014.
