Mr. Elstein served as Chairman of the Board of Governors of the Jerusalem College of Engineering from 2009 to 2018 and as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Israel Corporation from 2010 to 2013. From 2004 to 2008, Mr. Elstein was a member of Teva’s senior management, most recently as Executive Vice President, Global Pharmaceutical Resources.
