Mr. Webster has been the chairman of the board of directors of Carrizo Oil & Gas, Inc. since 1993, a trust manager of Camden Property Trust since 1993 and a director of Era Group Inc. since 2013. Within the past five years, Mr. Webster previously served as a director of a number of other publicly traded companies, including Basic Energy Services, Inc. from 2000 to December 2016, Hercules Offshore, Inc. from 2005 to November 2015 and Hi-Crush GP LLC, the general partner of Hi-Crush Partners LP, from 2012 to February 2015.
