Mr. Greig has been our Executive Vice President, Chief Credit Officer and Capital Management Leader since April 2017. He previously served as our Executive Vice President and CRO from February 2014 to April 2017. Mr. Greig served as CRO of GE’s North American retail finance business from October 2010 to February 2014, and the Bank from May 2011 to April 2017. Mr. Greig was also a member of the board of directors of the Bank from 2011 to January 2016. From June 2004 to October 2010, Mr. Greig served as CRO of the Retail Card platform of GE’s North American retail finance business. From December 2002 to June 2004, Mr. Greig served as Vice President of Risk for GE’s North American retail finance business.
