Previously, Mr. Pilenko served as Managing Director of SchlumbergerSema, a Schlumberger Ltd. company in Paris, from 2001 to March 2004. From 1998 to 2001, he served as President of Schlumberger GeoQuest. Mr. Pilenko formerly served as a director of TechnipFMC plc, Hercules Offshore, Inc., CGG Veritas (formerly Veritas DGC) and Peugeot SA.
