Emil W. Henry Jr. serves as Independent Director of the Company. Mr. Henry is a former Assistant Secretary of the U.S. Treasury for Financial Institutions and currently is the chief executive officer of Tiger Infrastructure Partners, a private equity firm he founded that is focused on infrastructure investment opportunities. Prior to founding Tiger Infrastructure Partners in 2009, Mr. Henry was head of the Lehman Brothers Private Equity Infrastructure businesses, where he oversaw infrastructure investments. In 2005, Mr. Henry was appointed Assistant Secretary of the U.S. Treasury for Financial Institutions by the President of the United States. Until his departure in 2007, he was a key advisor to two Treasury secretaries on economic, legislative and regulatory matters affecting U.S. financial institutions and markets. Before joining the U.S. Treasury, Mr. Henry was a partner of Gleacher Partners LLC, an investment banking and investment management firm, where he served as chairman of asset management and managing director, and where he oversaw the firm’s investment activities. Before attending business school, Mr. Henry was a member of the principal investing arm of Morgan Stanley, where he was involved in the execution of leveraged buyouts on the firm’s behalf. Mr. Henry’s board memberships presently include StoneCastle Financial Corp, a NASDAQ listed company, as well as the boards of a number of private portfolio investments of Tiger Infrastructure Partners. He is also a member of the Council on Foreign Relations. Mr. Henry earned his MBA from Harvard Business School and his BA in Economics from Yale University.
