Peter Holicki is no longer serves as Senior Vice President - Operations - Manufacturing & Engineering and Environment, Health and Safety Operations of the Company effective 2021. He also has oversight responsibility for Emergency Services and Security. Holicki is a member of the Executive Leadership Council (ELC). Holicki joined Dow in 1987 in Stade, Germany, where he held a variety of roles at the site. In 1997, Peter obtained responsibility for Dow's King's Lynn operations in the United Kingdom. Between 2000 and 2002, Peter held the position of production leader for the Aromatic Derivatives Complex in Terneuzen, The Netherlands, where he ran multiple Hydrocarbons plants, and led the Terneuzen Responsible Care Leadership Team. In 2002, he was appointed Olefins business director for Europe, Middle East and Latin America and from 2006 until 2009, Peter was the site leader of Dow Terneuzen. He served as Global Manufacturing vice president, Hydrocarbons, vice president for Manufacturing & Engineering Europe, Middle East & Africa from 2009 through 2012. In October 2012 through 2013, Peter was named vice president of Operations for Europe, Middle East and Africa and the Ethylene Envelope. In January 2014, he was elected corporate vice president of Manufacturing and Engineering and Environment, Health & Safety Operations. He was elected to his current position in October 2015. Holicki holds a degree in chemical engineering from the Fachhochschule Muenster and an MBA from University Bochum (Germany).
