Prior to joining Rayonier Inc., he eld positions with 3M Corporation from 1990 to 1999, including as Global Brand Manager, 3M Home Care Division. Mr. Boynton has served on the Board of Directors of The Brink’s Company since 2010, and is a member of the Board of Governors and Executive Committee of the National Council for Air and Stream Improvement, a member of the Board of Directors of the National Association of Manufacturers and a member of the Board of Directors of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta’s Jacksonville Branch.
