Mr. Hook serves as a Director of CTS BP Holdco Limited, NeuroNeuxs, Inc., and Tactiva Therapeutics, Inc. and Chairman of the Board of HealthNow New York, Inc., a leading health care company in Western New York that provides quality health care services to companies and individuals in that region, where he serves on its executive committee.
