Mr. Bachmann is a retired Managing Partner of the Columbus, Ohio office of Ernst & Young LLP (“EY”), having served in various management and audit engagement partner roles with the firm. Mr. Bachmann served on the Board of Directors of Lancaster Colony Corporation, a company which manufactures and markets food products, from 2003 to November 2018, including service as Lead Independent Director from 2007 to 2008 and as a member of its Audit Committee from 2003 to 2017 (serving as Chair from 2004 to 2017). He has also served as a director of Nationwide Insurance, a mutual insurance company. Mr. Bachmann currently serves as a member of our Audit and Finance Committee and our Corporate Social Responsibility Committee. He previously served as the Chair of our Audit and Finance Committee from August 2005 to June 2017 and from August 2017 to March 2019, as a member of our Compensation and Organization Committee from July 2018 to February 2019 and as a member of our Executive Committee from June 2016 to June 2017.
