Mr. Walker is a former CEO of a public company, which is an international original equipment manufacturer, and has experience and expertise in finance, international business, executive compensation, strategy development, and organizational and human resource matters. Mr. Walker has been a certified public accountant, previously served as chief operating officer and chief financial officer of Herman Miller, Inc. and was previously a member of the Detroit Board of Directors of the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago.
