Ms. b>T/b>. Rosie Albright is an Independent Director of Church & Dwight Co. Inc., Ms. Albright retired in September 2001 as President, Carter Products Division of Carter-Wallace, Inc. (“Carter-Wallace”), where she had been employed since December 1995.
