Jose Francisco Perez Mackenna has served as Director of Banco de Chile since March 2001. Since 1998, he has also served as Chief Executive Officer of Quinenco SA. He has acted as Chief Executive Officer and Member of the Board of Directors of Compania Cervecerias Unidas SA. In addition, he was Chief Executive Officer of Citicorp Chile and Vice President of Bankers Trust in Chile. He holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Pontificia Universidad Catolica de Chile and a Masters degree in Business Administration from the University of Chicago.
