Pablo Jose Granifo Lavin has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Banco de Chile since March 27, 2007. Previously, from 2001 to 2007, he acted as Chief Executive Officer of the Company. He also acted as Chief Executive Officer of Banco de A. Edwards (2000-2001), Commercial Manager at Banco Santiago (1995-1999) and Corporate Manager at Banco Santiago (1999–2000). Moreover, he has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Banchile Asesoria Financiera SA, Socofin SA, Banchile Securitizadora SA, Banchile Factoring SA and Chairman of the Executive Committee of Banchile Corredores de Seguros Limitada. He is also Member of the Board of Directors of Banchile Administradora General de Fondos S.A. He holds a degree in Business Administration from the Pontificia Universidad Catolica de Chile.
