Constantine S. Macricostas is re designated as Chairman of the Board of the Company effective January 20, 2018. Macricostas was appointed Executive Chairman on May 4, 2015. Prior to his appointment as Executive Chairman, he served as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer beginning in September of 2013. Mr. Macricostas also served as Chief Executive Officer and President from April 2009 to September 2013. He served as Interim Chief Executive Officer from July 20, 2008 to April 3, 2009. From February 23, 2004 to June 7, 2005, he also served as Chief Executive Officer. From January 2002 through March 2002, he temporarily assumed the position of President. Mr. Macricostas also served as Chief Executive Officer of the Company from 1974 until August 1997.
