Adam Gridley is a President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of Histogenics Corporation. From September 2008 to July 2010, Mr. Gridley was Senior Vice President, Corporate Development for BioForm Medical, Inc., a publicly-traded company acquired by Merz, Inc. Mr. Gridley holds a B.S. and an M.B.A. from the University of Denver.
